Your questions,

answered.

  • Faith is a natural part of who we are at the Chicago Eagles. Each day includes a short, age-appropriate devotional that points campers toward biblical values like teamwork, perseverance, integrity, and love for others. Camp is welcoming to all families, and faith is shared in an encouraging and respectful way.

  • Camp days are built around lots of soccer — skill development, small-sided games, and fun competitions — mixed with team activities and camp-wide moments. Our goal is to create an environment where kids are active, engaged, and growing both on and off the field.

  • Campers are grouped by age, and our staff continues to evaluate groups throughout the week to make sure each player is placed where they can learn, compete, and enjoy the experience..

  • Our camps are led by trained, background-checked coaches and staff who love the game and care deeply about investing in kids. Every staff member is aligned with our mission and committed to creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.

  • Absolutely. All families are welcome at Eagles camps. While we are a faith-based organization, our camps are first and foremost about providing a positive, encouraging soccer experience where every child feels valued and included.

  • Yes! Many campers attend with little or no prior experience. Our coaches do a great job meeting players where they are and helping them feel confident, supported, and successful throughout the week.

  • Soccer happens outside, and sometimes that means adjusting to the weather. We’ll play through light rain when possible, but will always prioritize safety in cases of lightning or severe conditions. Any schedule changes will be communicated clearly to families.

With summer temperatures getting hotter, the safety of our campers and staff is always our top priority. Our staff closely monitors the heat index throughout the day. When needed, we will adjust activities, increase water and shade breaks, modify schedules, or shorten sessions to ensure a safe camp environment.

  • Camp is designed to be challenging but fun. We want players to grow, try new things, and compete in a healthy way — without pressure or fear of failure. Encouragement and effort matter just as much as results.

  • In most cases, yes. Campers stay with the same coach and group throughout the week to help build connection, trust, and consistency, while still interacting with other groups during games and camp-wide activities.

  • At the Chichago Eagles, we care about more than just soccer skills. Our camps intentionally combine quality training with character development, faith, and encouragement, creating an environment where kids can grow as players, teammates, and people.
