We offer a progressive pathway through the game of soccer, aimed at meeting players where they are, and moving them to the next level. Our goal is for every player to experience:
Excellent Soccer, Authentic Community, Spiritual Growth and Ministry Involvement.
PICKUP
Accessible to all ages. (6 - 10 / 11 - 14 / 15 - 19)
We seek to provide an environment of soccer that fosters JOY, RESPECT and RELATIONSHIP for athletes at any level. Pickup soccer is as simple as it sounds, we play soccer—the whole time.
MICRO
Ages 4 - 12
Our aim is to introduce soccer “TRAINING” and “RULES” in a manner that highlights the joy of the game. Sessions are run according to our Play - Practice - Play model which, translated to a child, just means “FUN.”
CHALLENGE TEAMS
Ages 8 - 14
A team experience focused on TECHNICAL and TACTICAL training according to our professional game model playing in local leagues. Coaches integrate a personal, character-focused DISCIPLESHIP methodology.
CLUB TEAMS
Ages 12 - 19
Seeking EXCELLENCE and MASTERY we coach not only to win matches but to put the finishing touches on athletes looking at the next level. We hit the GRIND here while maintaining JOY and the BEAUTY of the game as top priorities. Coaches DISCIPLE players to live out their faith on and off the field
U23 ACADEMY
Ages 19 - 23
An intense seven week, summer program designed to equip and empower high-level athletes in SPORTS MINISTRY. All the while preparing them to enter the Fall season with ENERGY and EXCELLENCE.

METHODOLOGY
Discipleship
Presence | Teachable Moments : by spending time with their teams our coaches are able to identify teachable moments in their player’s experience and walk through life alongside them.
Scripture | Prayer : the Eagles’ organization is committed to spiritual formation through study of the Word of God and communion with Him through prayer. Our coaching is an outflow of this commitment.
Sports Ministry Training : members of Missionary Athletes International have developed our Sports Ministry Training (SMT) curriculum over the course of 30 years through practical, trial-and-error experience. We employ this curriculum to our teams at every level through a variety of means.
Residency | Cycle of Discipleship : geared toward young men and women who are interested in learning about sports ministry, Residency is a one to two year program to see what the Eagles are all about.
In the Cycle of Discipleship responsibility and accountability are given in equal measure with the intent of equipping, empowering, and encouraging Residents and staff alike in the work of sports ministry.
