RESIDENCY
The Chicago Eagles Residency is a one-year sports ministry program that disciples young adults in following Jesus while equipping, encouraging, and empowering them to develop their faith and leadership.
Residents are equipped with a biblical foundation and sports ministry knowledge, encouraged through mentorship and community that fosters growth, and empowered through hands-on experience and applied ministry. Throughout the year, Residents develop the skills and confidence to serve as Christ-centered leaders on and off the field.
Why Residency?Sports provide one of the most effective platforms for reaching and discipling people around the world. The Residency exists to TRAIN young leaders to integrate FAITH and SPORT and make a lasting impact for Christ in their communities and beyond.
